早就听闻晋级教育总裁窦昆老师两大厉害之一：洗脑洗的好，于是在听到员工会议实操办举行的第一时间就决定报名学习，我们一路颠簸，直奔会场。

晋级教育的实操班的确名副其实，有理论讲解更有沙盘演练，而我则把沙盘演练当成工作实践中必不可少的一环。组建团队时，其他老师谦虚礼让，都不肯做队长，一致推举我。哈！谁让咱这么优秀呢！再说，一个团队成长的前提是队长成长呀！于是我欣喜的接下队长这一重任，领着老师们一起取队名，定队呼，制队规，做总结，忙的不亦乐乎！

人生，是一张不可重来的单程票，工作，亦是如此，谁也无法预料下一分钟会发生怎样的突发情况，谁也不知道会面对多难引领的孩子，多刁难多苛刻的家长，我们能做到的，就是抓住任何一个机会，提升自己，华丽绽放。
